Had a very cat-centric week of blips this week so something different today.

Combination of onion, garlic, red chilli, red peppers and ginger. It's the base of the Madras Curry I have just cooked. Curry did taste very nice.

Work continues to be a mare this week - now on 6pm til 7pm calls every day :-(
