eventually got to bed after hours of opening Valentines Cards. settled down with a nice mug of horlicks! new healthy lifestyle....lots of fish, lots of salads, and lots of water - no caffeine in an afternoon! hope it'll last longer than a week! visit to chiro again and then off to work. good day today, though still trying to catch up lots. this evening i went off to a 3 hour photography session, courtesy of groupon, at Michael Lau Photography in Nottingham. he knows his stuff! was excellent. definately going to follow up on that. took lots of pics of Dominique, this is the one i liked best. whilst there, i checked my phone to see that Mrs Bet has given birth. welcome to the world Ava Tilly. can't wait to see you. gorgeous name! lots of love to the Bets xx
