Waiting for the asteroid!

Fffff FRIDAY! this week has flown! so has this past year! Ava Tilly is one today, can't believe how quickly that has gone.

looking forward to the weekend. out for a meal Saturday night, with Jo and Ruth, will be great to catch up with them. also, got a test drive tomorrow afternoon for a new car - not 100% sure about it, but we will see. then on Sunday, mums birthday, and hopefully if the weathers good, we are going to the coast for the day.

Friday first though, nice day in the office, good Friday feeling. got a bit of random issue to tackle with our cleaner at work - shes wanting to recycle the world and has taken to going through our bins to see if we are recycling correctly!

pub at lunch, the Dragon. love it there. can't have my usual Welsh Rarebit, cos i've foolishly given up bread for lent! they started playing irish jig music in there loudly, and it made us think of plans for St Patricks Day, and guinness!

good afternoon, and then off home. called in to see Ava Tilly, and took her a present, which i loved myself! Steve arrived home whilst i was there, with chip shop dinner, which made me decide to ditch my plans for healthy tuna steak, and call at the chippy on the way home!

on the look out for asteroid tonight! earlier today, an exploding meteor had injured some people in Russia! no such action with the asteroid. couldn't see anything much. the only thing this picture shows is that i need new fascias!
