Tried Doing the RJ today. Pretty much failed... This Journal will be the death of me I just know it.
Nic came for dinner. I massively felt like Cottage Pie, which is a bit weird because it's really not my fav. I added the weirdest ingredients... I didn't really know how to make the sauce. It tasted so good in the end... quite salty but I think that was the soy sauce! Ha.
As tradition she bought Gu chocolate souffles for pudding. Amazing.

We spent the rest of the time watching Youtube videos and looking at a book thats about making books.
