Ice-cream-tastic in Glasgow
Or even ice cream you scream, we all scream for ice cream.
The famous Nardini's from Largs is about to open a branch in Byres Road, centre of Glasgow's student land and a 15-minute walk from my house. Can't wait.
Anyone who was at the Glasgow Garden Festival in 1988 should remember that Nardini's took over the old rotunda building on the south side of the Clyde and transformed it into an ice-cream parlour. But when the festival ended they left.
Hopefully they'll be around longer this time.
