Paella
Saute a few cloves of garlic with minced onions in olive oil...
Throw in chorizo sausage and brown for a few minutes then remove.
Add water with rice and saffron. Bring to boil and let simmer 25 minutes.
Now, throw sausage back in with rice. Add peeled shrimp, fresh clams and green peas.
Cover and let simmer until clams open. Add capers, cumin, other spices and herbs to season.
Garnish with lemons. Enjoy with a glass of white wine...
And voilla. Happiness on a plate. Pealla!
