"Smile, Mum!"

Our girls' night in pamper session. Feet, faces and nails done. It's damned hard to smile with a face pack on!

Spent most of the morning in the Accident and Emergency Dept of our local hospital, with my son. He went to an American Football coaching session for the first time yesterday, and 10 mins into the session he buckled his knee and had to stop. He put on a brave face, but this morning his knee was so swollen we thought it best to get it looked at. He's going to be fine, but needs to rest his leg for a few days.

As I'd already promised my daughter a trip to the Trafford Centre today, I had to go straight out again. My sore feet were rather grateful for the extra attention they got tonight!
