P...P...P...ick up a Penguin

Took the DSLR out for a spin again today and went to Sewerby Hall, paying a visit to the zoo there.

Everything's still very over-exposed, even on landscape and portrait settings, but with a bit of tweaking I managed to make something of this shot of the penguins. They're so sweet and this one was particularly amusing with it's flapping wings and squawking beak.

Got to get around to reading that manual, but you'd think on the settings buttons it'd sort out itself.

Still not feeling the love.....but I'm sure that I will eventually!
