CHICK BLIP

My beautiful Reinhard Herzog chicken has been admiring her gorgeous reflection today as the sun streams through the windows. She was a gift from a friend and every time I pick her up to dust, I fear it may be the last time; the glass is so very delicate.

Tackled the online shopping for the first time today, in practise for when my sister goes away and I am in charge of shopping for my parents. It went very smoothly so at least the pantry will be full. Though it may just get fuller every week if they don't eat it. I am filled with trepidation for this coming episode.
