Wolds

What a beautiful day.

Took a drive/walk around the Yorkshire Wolds this morning. It is a quite striking part of the Country and is now most famous as being the area that David Hockney has painted for his current exhibition at the Royal Academy.

If Judith is tuning in today, I would reccomend for her upcoming trip to East Yorkshire - the Wold villages, Burton Agnes, Sledmere and the walk from Bridlington to Danes Dyke via Sewerby.

Proper roast dinner this evening with Yorkshire pudding and gravy as a starter.

Reluctantly returning to London tomorrow.....
