Mixed Sweeties!

This was more of an experiment with the 'filters' on the camera, I've used the 'Grainy' many times but not 'pop-art' as it is called on the Olympus cameras, also I went square with 6x6, which I thought it fitted the subject.

I picked up a magazine 'Photography for Beginners' now I may not be a beginner but I do sometimes wonder if I took more time to read about the tec: side I might do a lot better.
However my reason for buy the Mag: was an article on 'Creative Filters' already built into a lot of the modern cameras, excluding the high ended DSLR's and other cameras at the Professional end of the photographic spectrum.
For those like me who tend to be be lazy and want to see a result on the screen very quickly after uploading these do nicely.
Of course Picasa is extremely handy and has even more on offer.
Having done a short course with GIMP about 12years ago and tried 'Elements;' I'm all for the easy life now.

Wonder how long those sweetie will last...yum yum.
