Histamine release

Bored, bored, bored. Today has Been the most awful and boring day ever at work. Ive been putting my financial report together for my financial review tomorrow, (boring). Why didn't I learn to play the guitar when I was younger and join a rock band I'll never know.

I went for my first long road run tonight and run 5.5km in 29mins 53 secs which I'm really happy with. The only problem is I suffer really bad with histamine release when i go on longer road runs and I come out in an itchy red blotchy rash (pic) if I don't take my allergy relief tablets. Guess what, I forgot to take them tonight, what an idiot.
