Winters Morning

Well, I said I may be able to do another snow shot today. And I did :D.... Those that follow my journal may recognise this scene. I've used it in different seasons.

Damage list from snow includes the flowering pear tree. The snow did a number on it and it will have to be cut down in the spring. I will miss its blooms in spring. One of the large pine trees, (I think you can see it in yesterdays blip) lost a pretty large branch that blocked the driveway. We just had to detour in and out today :)


PS.. because the electricity went off several times yesterday evening, I missed the last 20 minutes of the season finale of Downton Abbey... Grrr..
