Happy 70th Birthday to my poorly mum!

all the best laid plans....we'd got the cake, we'd got the balloons and the banners, the photo collages, the champagne breakfast planned, but no one can plan for illness! poor mum, struck down by the winter vomiting virus, too ill to celebrate her birthday. still, the cake, balloons and banners etc will keep for another week til she's up to celebrating. funny old day though! topped it off with fish and chips from the best place in all the land! hilltop chippy, and a few glasses of rioja!
