Onion Johnny...

I remember, as a kid, seeing an onion seller....Breton shirt, the whole nine yards....I think he was probably English and just pretending though! Anyway, it must be nearly thirty five years since I saw a bike covered in onions, and then today I saw this! Is this the return of Onion Johnny or someone on their way home from the allotment?
