Photo of our newly-emptied box. Edin Council ARE getting increasingly organised. Wednesdays fortnightly are for the "Card" red box together with a "Plastics" bag -- but not plastic stoppers, yoghurt carton-type plastic ...... and so on. Quite a bit of pre-sorting is required by the householder. Fair enough, I suppose.

It IS gratifying to feel kind of superior to those who don't bother to recycle at all -- and to enjoy breathing the rarified air available to those who occupy the moral high ground.
