Stay Calm

Today i got up, went for lunch with Mairi, Shelley, Andrew and Lucy in the student union... i had a roast vegetable wrap, it was fairly brilliant :)

Went into town afterwards to get a few things - one of which was a new phone.

I did have a Sony Xperia Mini and i only got it in October. The reason i got it was because my old W995 kept coming back still broken and so they offered me a new phone - i was delighted to get a new phone but they only gave me maybe 10 seconds while the lady was on the phone to choose between 2 handsets. I chose wrong. The phone is crap. I mean, it's good for day to day things but it just wasn't for me - so i went in to ask if there was anything they could do. At first they said no, not a chance so i went away and got very annoyed. Went back into the shop and said i actually thought i was due for an upgrade on my last handset - it appears i was :)
The guy in the shop, Matt, was one of the most helpful people i have met in a shop - he was brilliant. Managed to keep my Xperia (not that i want it but good as a back up) and i got a Samsung Galaxy Ace free :D
Only draw back is that i'm again on a 24 month contract but to be honest i'm just glad to be rid of the Xperia!

While i was on my travels around town i saw this guy playing, he was by himself today but i have seen him with the bigger 'band' many times in Inverness - actually love it when i hear them on the street, got some awesome Native Indian vibes going on :) Felt quite bad cause i had no change on me to give him some money after shoving a camera in his face haha. O well, next time!
