Carnival!

Off to Nice today and on our way home.

We found ourselves in the middle of Nice Carnival. I think I'm all carnivaled out this weekend!

This blip, according to the Daily Mail (so it must be true!!), was considered to be a bit controversial as it appeared to poke fun at our Royal Family, and in particular Prince Charles. I disagree. I don't think Prince Charles needs any help from the French to make him look silly!

After a lovely late lunch/early evening meal in the flower market we found our way by bus to the airport. We've really got the hang of French public transport now.

Home by midnight, the cats were pleased to see me.
