100th blip!

This is my 100th blip! Yayyy! I was fairly good at blipping every day. Fairly good.

Anyway, this is a photograph of my telephone. Normally I hate it and avoid it at all costs. This morning, however, I braved my paralyzing fear of the phone to speak with the director of the SHERP program at NYU, with astoundingly exciting and unexpected results. I am accepted to the SHERP graduate program at NYU!

I was of course alone in my house when I received this awesome news, so I texted people, tweeted it, and then generally ran about my house like a lunatic. Good thing he couldn't see me then, or he might have revoked my acceptance. He told me that our phone conversation never happened because I'm technically supposed to wait for NYU to be ready to send out the acceptances. But he says that he is in charge of who to accept anyway for his program, so too bad for NYU. Dad has taken to calling him "Dan the Man." I think it fits.
