Heeezal

At the moment, Katie gets up, refuses to eat breakfast or play. Until she's been to visit Heezal Hampsun, as she's come to be known. Today Katie ate her breakfast beside Heezal/Hazel. Katie decided midway through that she would now get dressed, then changed her mind. So is wearing a top and pants, with her onesie back on. Nursery are used to her onesie-love and just think she looks adorable in a onesie, so it is all good!

NB: all necessary hamster, toddler and camera protective measures were taken

In other news, I've set myself the challenge of full manual use of the camera for a week, I was getting lazy. Day 1 a fair success, I think.

After nursery, we had an unexpected but pleasant surprise as Granny and Grandad were able to meet us to go for tea. Katie had eaten loads at nursery but still ate most of a full children's meal! She also enjoyed having nearly the whole cafe to herself to explore. She was really tired as we left and actually asked to go up for story and bedtime - egged on by the knowledge she had a new Maisy Mouse book I think!
