Cranes and masts

After working very late last night, getting up this morning took a little longer than usual. Fortunately, the first appointment this morning was also later than usual, and I still got in a run. Went down to the Viaduct Harbour, where the light was rather attractive.

This picture is taken looking westward from the Viaduct Harbour, across the Inner Harbour where the America's Cup syndicates have their bases (still), to new building work in the Wynyard Quarter. The touch of the colour in the sky sets it all off nicely.

I particularly like the way the lines of the cranes, the masts and the parking building relate to and connect with each other.
