A wee bit brighter!

The weather and me :) had a good chat with the doctor, he sending me for CBT I should here within 3weeks so thats good. He also gave me a lot of info to read on negative thoughts so I have lots of reading to do. We had a lovely walk along the north beach, just what the DR ordered feel more positive and I took some nice photos too. Im making a roast chicken dinner for tea looking forward, and there's a home made apple pie in fridge what Dave made yesterday and im sure it has my name on it :P its such a lovely sunny day it cheers everyone up, im just watching the birds out the window looks like there loving it too, so everyone's a winner :)
