Hey guys still feeling great :) had a nice walk on the north side for a change today and enjoyed it, it was sooo cold but good. I'm at lins tonight my turn to cook, chilli chicken and new pots roasted along with some veggies :) looking forward :) also will be having a few rums and cokes :)

If I dont catch up today I will in the morning, oh Yer I forgot to say I got asked if I would become part of the admin team on the Weight Watcher fb page and I said yes :)
