Shrove Tuesday..

Thought I wouldn't give in to the cliche-d shot of a stack of pancakes on Pancake Tuesday, and bring you a shot of something I saw a lot of today. A microscope.

We had Histology of the Male Reproductive System today, checking out all the mucosal layers in testicles and penises. Obviously extremely thrilling, and we were all extremely mature about it.. Extremely mature.

Me and D made amazing pancakes for tea tonight.. We got a recipe from 'The Guardian' for the Perfect Pancakes.. I have to say, the ones we made were indeed the perfect pancakes! I love that this is the only day in the year in which I don't feel guilty for eating pancakes for dinner!
