Civic Art

My views have changed about civic art. I used to think it was a waste of public money, now I think it's a drop in the ocean when one considers the public purse and it's right and proper that 0.01% of a civic budget should go on things that make places a bit more interesting.

I happened about this modern art strolling through Birmingham today and I liked it. I don't know what it cost but I considered it blipworthy :-)
