"Kindred Spirit"

I was out fell running today on the Welsh mountains and was surprised to see this plaque carved out of the native slate. The mist added to the solemnity and it was a touching thing to see.

I was pushing hard until I saw this, but then decided to have a sit down, take this blip and have a reflective sit and a munch on a bit of chocolate whilst having a think about my own kindred spirits back home.
