one lone gull...

flying all by himself... 'round and 'round he went - trying to escape the annoying crows... who were out and about in abundance - swooping through the sky...

i'm not sure what happened to all the other gulls... usually there are many of them... today, though - just the one... and this shot - a fortunate one - as he came down off the mountain ridge... into sight - the sunlight reflecting off his precious wings - highlighting them in magnificent glory, shining bright in the wonderful blue sky - so there is practically no editing at all... i love it when that happens; what my eye sees, you get to see, too - it makes for...
