Old & New

Today we traveled from LAX back to our home in Zihuatanejo and I captured this shot of the old and new towers right before we took off. Our trip was smooth as ever, no surprises checking our bags (especially after my efforts the previous evening to make certain both bags were under 50 lbs), no hassles getting through security, and no issues boarding the Alaska Airlines 737. I know many travelers experience significant problems getting from one place to another, but our trips between LAX and ZIH have always been trouble free. We were quite worried with the amount of unusual items we were transporting this time, but we had zero trouble on either end. We easily made it back to our condo in plenty of time to enjoy a wonderful dinner prepared by our next door neighbor.
