Tea and trouble

Bit of a stressful day at work, got such a lot going on. Exciting projects to launch but doing 6 day weeks starting to wear me out.

Working tomorrow and then taking the girls and one of Jeanne's friends out for tea. Then Sunday is Evie's Tea Party. Got the cake today...and found a couple of nice teapots in my charity shop trip. One had a tea cosy!

The other one is a tin teapot..which I think is very beautiful in its own way. I'll blip it another time.

Lay in bed wondering how I can give Evie a tea party she'll remember...then looked up to see bunting hanging in my room...and roses light trail...plus all my bone china cups...so I think it will be ok. I HAVE ALL THE PROPS. I'm thinking the cake stand is a touch too audacious...even for me!
