Ice Festival

When Harbin's too far- and too cold- for the Snow and Ice Festival, there's always Longqing Gorge just outside Beijing. A pretty area in summer, in winter it becomes truly blingtastic with lit ice-sculpted buildings and statues. And a cave with fake flowers. And an escalator in the shape of a dragon. And a toboggan, because you should always have a toboggan, shouldn't you?
