Today's the day ............................... for a bit of how's your father

How do they do it? Presumably they don't have access to any sort of 5-day weather forecast, but every year they seem to know when the weather will be ok for a few days - and there's a mass rally at the pond in our front garden.

Frogs appear from out of nowhere and get on down in the water - making sure that there's a new generation that will do exactly the same next year ..................
