Have your cake and eat it.....

I bought this beautiful cake yesterday from Pierre Marcolini, in Brussels.

It was a 'welcome home' present for Alan who's been working in New York this week.

It looked too good to cut into, but it was worth it - it tasted better than it looks. Alan ate the macaron on the top and said it was exquisite!
