Panqueque!
I had my first Spanish class this morning at 10am, although after having stayed up until 5 to eat pancakes, watch movies and say bye to Patrick I was kind of reluctant to go. With a little encouragement from Helena we headed to our class and before I knew it, it was over...talking and writing about the caraval weekend definitely helped!
The kitchen was a state after yesterday's dinner party so when we got back we spent 3 hours cleaning!! We ran out of hot water, found some interesting looking foods in the drawer of the fridge that people obviously hadn't dared enter for some time, cleaned several mouldy instruments and at least 50 glasses and cups...but it was all worth it for our now lovely clean kitchen.
The rest of the day was spent figuring out what to write my article on for the next issue of the magazine. Then we had tango in the evening which was good fun/overwhelming with all the new steps we are learning! After tango we went to an arabic restaurant for some falafal :)
