Empty Bowls

We attended a charity soup luncheon today. Local artists and potters have gotten together to make clay bowls and give them away to each participant who buys a ticket to the lunch. Some of the bowls are made by experienced experts while others are produced by eager school children. And every skill level in between.

It's a good feeling to come home full of excellent soup, made [and donated] by local eateries, and to bring a new vessel to remind you of the good time you had.
