Its Never Too Late

Exhausted but will worth it
Went down memory lane or the lack of
Talked about Papi (my father) all day long
Learned new things....big important things about him
His feelings about me....I had no idea
We were like strangers
Now that he's gone I feel like I'm meeting him for the first time
Why didn't he tell me how he felt
But then again why didn't I tell him
Its Never too Late even though he's gone

Emotionally drained and exhausted.....time to wash my face and go to bed.
