oscar the goose

Oscar, the african gray goose that came with our farm, and consequently the farm's namesake. He is about 20 years old and quite blind . I brought him out of his winter housing this morning for some fresh air and sun. He nibbles harmlessly at feet and legs, which I equate to a blind person touching a face. This can be a bit unnerving when he wobbles toward you with his neck outstretched squawking like nobody's business
