Elephants .....

.... are BIG in my life. Along with MOH I share my house with 39 of these beautiful beasts. None are alive, most are carved from wood and they have been collected from my travels all over the globe. These two are murano glass and were given to me as a leaving gift from colleagues at a previous employment.

I am very fortunate that I work next to the Blair Drummond Safari Park and can spend time each day watching Estrella, Toto, and Mondula in their enclosure. Where else in Scotland can you do that?

Captained by the Duke of Argylle, Scotland has won the Elephant Polo World Cup twice in recent years. The team have no lessons and they have no elephants. It is an expensive sport you just need to get to where the elephants are - go to Africa with £10k in your pocket, make contacts and you're half way there.

There are no lessons and that means anyone can represent their country without ever having been on an elephant or having played the game!

What other sport gives you that opportunity!
