Actually it's chicken soup from a chicken. After a second late night on the bounce today was all about moving around slowly and quietly.

Bowl of chicken soup for lunch and then an afternoon on the sofa catching up on the Olympics.

Provided to be an excellent host for Mrs Al's brother as had seen him for about a grand total of about an hour before they headed off back down south. It does mean I now have access to the spare room and the computer again so have back blipped to Monday
