Struggling to Survive

An early morning blip on my way to work, I love to sit on the rocks overlooking this lake in the summer, it is rich in wetland flora and fauna. There are a couple of small hawthorn trees struggling to survive, they have been stunted by the wind and continuous nibbling by sheep!
long, busy day at work, then collecting Rachel, who has returned from Brighton, she had a wonderful time! The house is chilly as the wood burner chimney isn't drawing at all, despite being cleaned and smoke has poured into the room again! Time to go to bed with a book think! Sort it all out tomorrow!!!!!
