Triple trouble

I've heard of a double yolk egg before but this is a new one on me!

Not only did the egg have two yolks but it had a little mini egg inside too complete with white and yolk of it's very own - bizarre!

Who says the farmer's market doesn't represent good value money?

After we stood in amazement and wonder for a good 5 minutes, Chef went on to make a smoked mackerel and creme fraiche omelette with hand cut chips and a very green salad. Boy did that wierdo egg taste good!
