FIGGY's Sporadic Blips

By Figgy

The Mansion House.....

.... at last.

I went for a stroll at lunchtime and it was very pleasant although there's still a nip in the air. One bonus was, it wasn't raining. I cant remember when we last had a day without rain.

The daffodils are about to burst forth on the estate. We have thousands at Camphill Blair Drummond and they carpet acres of land between the trees in the grounds and down to the lake side.

I wandered lonely as a cloud
That floats on high o'er vales and hills,
When all at once I saw a crowd,
A host, of golden daffodils;
Beside the lake, beneath the trees,
Fluttering and dancing in the breeze.
