London Town!

Today I went to London for a course on Negotiation Skills run by the Royal Academy of Engineering. It was held on Carlton House Terrace, which is on the Mall...so we had a great view of the London Eye and Big Ben. There were a few people there who I know from previous RAEng courses, and one guy there is even at the same assessment centre as me in a few weeks!

The Somalia Summit was being held next door, so there were lots of dignitaries and Prince Philip came to visit (weirdly). There were lots of Jags and Land Rovers around, which was nice! After our course finished a few of us decided to go to Buckingham Palace and Downing Street (not just to see David Cameron's Jag) before getting the tube back to where I had parked.
