Nutmeg! There's nothing like a sprinkling of this seed to liven up a quick lunch before a group meeting.

Last night I lost £10 at poker. One day I'll win money, I'm sure of it. I was playing with my friend's new 500D and it's so much better than my 400D - the screen is bigger, the interface is so much smoother, the build is more solid, etc. Maybe when I've got a regular income in summer I'll splash out on a 60D or even a 7D...
