And these days, I often see a variety of unique Ekiben with local specialties around Japan.
It is so popular in Japan.
Many people enjoy eating it during their trip.
It is not only just a meal but also memories of their traveling.
Some people have it as their hobbies and others write about it for work.

I had this ekiben on a Shinkan-sen, a bullet train, on the way to Yokohama today.
It tasted so good.
I'm looking forward to eating other ekiben next time.
