The foot of our stairs

I walked through this image before I saw it. After early morning fog cleared, it was a beautiful sunny day. Light streamed through the stained glass and created some great effects. I took a number of shots (which on re-examination aren't great.) Thinking I was finished, I started to leave and then saw this.

And all this time a chap was tuning the organ in the Great Hall, creating a Gothic sound in a neo-Gothic building.
