Stress

There's a lot of it about.

I'm leaving my family for another weekend and heading north to visit my dad in hospital. Any who follow this journal will realise that it is now approaching four months since he first went into hospital and, although he is better than he was over Christmas and New Year, his recovery has slowed right down.

Some might think that it is a great opportunity for some time on my own but we are all feeling the strain of my regular visits to Scotland and that is being felt elsewhere in the family too. We've got to hang on in there though.

Mind you, work doesn't exactly help.
