One Way

Ever have dreams where you go back to your old school, college or workplace? The places seem to be the same as you remember, but all the people you knew before are no longer there, and everything's weird and unsettling. No? Just me, then.

Today I was working as a freelancer at the company I left over four years ago. While it was a combination of familiar surroundings and new people, it didn't really feel strange at all.

Which struck me as quite strange, really.
