Here Comes The Sun...

...And it's all right...

Finally. Some daylight.

Still a bit cold and I have been quite busy around the house today so I didn't get out with Bonnie until later in the day.

Since the sun was so low in the sky, I decide to stop down all the way and use a fast shutter speed to create a flare by positioning the sun so that it just peeked behind the branches of the trees in the distance.

This created a nice starburst effect and I was able to bring up some shadow detail and darken the sky in post...
