World book day

Another somewhat slow news day, apart from a major load of c**p at work.
But this is going to be a positive journal.

Today is World Book Day and thanks go to my Son and "Heir to the overdrfat" for suggesting this blip.
His school had a none uniform day and asked people to attend as characters from books.

The clues as to who he went as should be enough for the answer to be elementary so no further explanation should be necessary. His friend made a very convincing Doctor to partner him.

On reflection, his day was more exciting than mine. After school he had a meeting at County Hall in Preston as part of the Youth Parliment. He's enjoying himself and has lots to offer. I'll let you know when he becomes Prime Minister. Just don't curse the father for the policies of the Son :)
