Swimming chick

Well the new camera survived its first dunking in its shiny IKELITE housing last night.. ok so it was only to 4m in the local swimming pool but it gave me a chance to play with some settings and see what did what....


that learning curve gonna be a very steep one I think .... gotta resist leaving in AUTO all the time! :-)


This is one of the first shots I took after sorting out the white balance what a difference it makes and now its easy to do on my new G12 I am hoping for good things once I get into the sea!!!
